All ostomates have a fantastic opportunity to attend an open day every year, which is

organised by the popular Bristol Ostomists Self Support Group.  All ostomates (not just members of B.O.S.S.), their families, friends and carers are very welcome, and there is no entrance fee.

The event is regarded as very important in the calendar for ostomates, since many different companies attend and exhibit the latest in a range of appliance and ostomy-related products.  In addition, there

is expert, confidential advice available from trained staff.

in the same situation.  A member of the group will talk about their experiences, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions in a safe and open environment.
